Who needs an expert witness in parliamentary law?

Suprisingly enough there are prevailing legal cases in almost, if not all 50 states involving a parent organization improperly conducting their business or otherwise compromising a member’s rights within the organization.  Many attorneys have very little backround in Parliamentary Law and therefore rely on independent parliamentarians to both prepare for and testify in their court cases.
